Horses come as is, approx. size & age only
Horses are located at Manilla, near Tamworth but can be trucked to Maitland Saleyards for $50. The truck travels regularly all over, so please send us a message with your location to find the nearest Saleyard drop off point for you and the cost for that destination.
Please be aware this is the doggers. Horses are marked with either a “Dealers Status” or “Doggers Status” . Dealer horses are generally safe from slaughter as they are acquired at a much higher price and bought specifically to re-sell. Doggers are given a chance to find a home and will be marked as “Urgent” for that one last push to spare them before they are sent to the processing plant.
While we understand this is a highly emotive page, please keep it civil. We are often under a lot of strain and will not tolerate any attacks of any kind. That kind of behaviour will result in a permanent ban from the page.
Admins aim is to rehome as many productive animals as possible, we do not set the prices.
There are unhandled horses as well as ridden ones, from babies to old stagers worth their weight in gold. Any unsound or naughty horses do not make the page. The ridden ones are well tested for vices before being advertised. We try to learn as much as possible about them to assist in finding them the right forever home. We recommend making the trip to Manilla to try horses if possible.
Safety precautions- As alot of these horses have come through the sales, they have been in contact with hundreds of others. Therefore, we advise that they be kept separate from other horses for at least 6 weeks to prevent any transfer of possible viruses.
We also recommend the use of Panacur (fenbendazole) for 5 days, followed by an Equest Plus Tape on Day 6 for the treatment of worms and bots.

We require horses to be paid for in full before they leave the property. Preferred method of payment is via direct bank deposit with a screenshot of your payment/receipt sent to us here. Please use the horses # number as your payment reference. (This is to allow us to remove horses from the page once sold, minimising admin hours answering messages and chasing payments etc)
All prices include GST. We will give you bank details and a contract to sign and return upon agreement of purchase, please remember to take a screenshot of your receipt/payment and inbox it to us.
We now offer a payment plan to make horses more readily affordable. In general, we can give 4 weeks for a Dealer horse and 2 weeks for a Dogger. Deposits are 100% non-refundable should you change your mind or default on agreed payments. A small fee of $20 per week for feed will be added to your horses purchase price. Horses are non-refundable. Buyers must be over 18 years of age.
